Open to a U.S. resident over 21 years of age with ownership of a legally registered business that meets one of these criteria: financially distressed (i.e., denied or unable to qualify for bank loans), woman-owned, veteran-owned, minority-owned, or located in an economic development zone. One grant designated for an HVAC business owner or apprentice, and one grant designated to a Native American with tribal ownership.

Level of Difficulty: Low to Moderate. The application uses a Q&A format to obtain basic information to determine eligibility and information about your business. The application requires a non-refundable $15 fee.
